We will carry out the system of advance enrollment, advance payment, advance publicity , adn advance profit. For this , Organizing Committee has edited and printed Ordering Guide of Hardware and Tool in Northeast China , in which publishes enrolling enterprises and representatives of distribution unit and concerned departments in advance, in which mainly introduce new technique and new products of participated enterprises, thus can communicate connection between the manufacturers and purpose in the course of exhibition. The editing and printing method of the exhibition journal will be changed: Any exhibitor who reserves one standard booth can with no charge publish 1/4 page of colour advertisement and a brief of 300 words. 2. well strengthen international publicity. we will contact with foreign commercial organizations stationed in China to enlarge the international effluence of the exhibition through the internet , and by participating hardware exhibition over seas .l Especiallly to strengthen the expanding publicity and visiting activity toward Russia, Ukraine , Korea, Japan, those circumjacent countries outside of Northeast China. In this way , well make the exhibition develop a exproting ordering conference. 3. well strengthen services after exhibition. We will publish ad.termly in Stock Guide of Hardware in Northeast China to enlarge the publicity of enterprises and to accelerate the sale of products. At the same time , well establish website of Stock Guide of Hardware in Northeast China , publish for free with participated enterprises and their products for a year in order to reflect directly the concerned information to clients . During the exhibition, the visiting registration system will be set up . A hard-ware demand database of northeast region and the peripheral provinces and cities will be established in referencing other enterprises information , which will be edited and pressed and distributed to the potential manufacturers . At the same time , <<Notheast Hardware Exhibition>> net station will be set up , which will with no charge publish the exhibitors and the products for one year and the relative information about the demand will be feedback directly to the users. Qualification for Exhibitors The exhibitors shall be enterprises or institutions registered with the State Administration of Industry and Commerce , The exhibits shall be appraised by the local governing authorities , awarded the certificate of competency and used actually for more than one year. up Date: Mar.18-19 , 2003 Exhibits Scope Various electric, manual , pneumatic and hydraulic tools , generator , compression, electric welding , transprot equipment ,smal-sized machine , building hardware , decorating and mounting hardware , civil hardware , air-protection equipment, gardenis equipment, standard fastener,water-heating , appliance and materials , sanitary vessels, metal materials , mechanical-electric products and all kinds of completed products. Participation Details After receipt of the invitation, the exhibitor can file and application directlly to the undertaker. Then it shall have the participation contract made stamped with the official seal and posted to the undertaker , who shall allot the booth in terms of the order of the remittance. the exhibitor shall pay half of the booth charge in advance after the determination of the booth . The balance shall be settled one month before the opening of the exhibition. the balance shall be settled one month before the opening of the exhibition. the organizing committee shall make arrangement for the booth as soon as it receives the application form and deposit. Bank of deposit: Shenykang Nanwu Sub-branch , Everbright Bank Account No.:1798010526-34 Exhibition Charges Standard Booth (3m*3m): 4500 yuan(RMB) for domestic enterprise and U.S.$ 2000 for foreign enterprise. Standard Booth (3m*2m): 3800 yuan(RMB) for domestic enterprise and U.S.$1800 for foreign enterprise. A cost of 10% more shall be charged for corner booth. Booth facilities: a three-side enclosure , an information desk ,two chairs , two spot lights , one socket of 200V/5A adn a piece of lintel board in Chinese, a piece of carpet and 2 sets of midday meals for each booth. Clear space:380 yuan(RMB)/m2 for domestic enterprise and U.S.$160 for foreign enterprise.l The minimum space to rent is 36m2.(There is no facility in the clear space . if there is a need for the others. it may be discussed.) The exhibitor has to design and set up his booth himself. Application shall be filed in advance for the use of power source for equipment. The organizing committee will be responsible for such arrangement at the useris expense. Non-standard booth: 1000 yuan(RMB)(including one desk and two chairs) Points for Attention In order to publish the "Exhibition Journal" on time , the colour advertisements should be completed , stored in Apple Mo disk and posted to the Organizing Committee of Northeast Hardware Exhibition Committee before February 10 , 2003; And then the writteen introduction of 300 words (including Name of factory , Address , Post Code ,Telephone No.,Fax, Contact Person for Selling, Introduction to Factory, Main Products and so on ) must be faxed or posted to the Organizing Committee of the Exhibition before February 15, 2003, If it exceeds the time limit, there would be no publication of yours products , you should be responsible for your own action . Release conference of technique interchanging and new products: 2000 yuan/1.5 hours in exhibition period, the ground , the ground , desks and chairs,projection instrument and etc. will be offered by organizing unit, and help the main speaking enterprises to organize audience; there will be professional people gathering in the exhibition, if you exhibit your new technological products in the course , which will be certainly more successful and saving on a lot of manpower and capital than conducting release conference solely. 2.The Journal: big 16 mo,finely color-printed , with both picture and characters. it is mainly delivered to users and visiting client , The charges are as follows : 10,000 yuan for the front cover, 8000 kyuan for the back cover, 6000 yuan for inside front and back cover , 5000 for color insert and 3000 for black-while insert. The size of the journal is 210mm*285mm , the designing should be mailed to Oorganizing Committee Group before Mar.1, 2003. Visiting tickets: The exhibition committee will print 100,000 fine visiting tickets (with advertisement space at the back side), charging advertisement fee of RMB 1000/10000 tickets.
